A Closer Look At The Air Jordan 1 “Rare Air” Collection By Ev Bravado

Who Decides War’s NYFW presence is something we’ve been tracking throughout, largely motivated by their work on the all-new Jordan Flight Court silhouette. However, the Jumpman was far more involved in the festivities than just that fresh model. WDW Founder Ev Bravado shared a look at a set of customized Air Jordan 1s the brand crafted for the occasion, doubling as a semi-preview of some previously reported 2025 Jordan Releases.

Two pairs were offered up as a part of this preview. Beginning with the cobalt edition, a base of blue overlays, a white/neutral grey collar and a “Nike Air” wings logo is heavily distressed by the WDW team. Additionally, the base layer is swapped out for a gridded graphic print that alludes to the dominant window pane motif that dots their vaunted denim collections.

It’s hard to ignore that the shoe has a lot of overlap with reported info about 2025’s “Deep Royal Blue” Jordan 1, so this may be an early indication of what to expect with that pair’s release.  The other edition in red keeps things a bit more easily digestible, still maintaining the customized textile foundation but draping it in a more staid palette. Once again, a “Cinnabar” pair reportedly on tap for next year may just be the base shoe for WDW’s touches.

Check out the full breadth of the Ev Bravado photos included just below, and keep an eye on our Jordan Release Dates page for further updates as the pairs referenced here and the Who Decides War collabs come into clearer view.
