Andrew Rizzo The Nike Air Max Plus Drift continues to surface in new colorways, now presented in workwear-minded “Khaki” for Holiday 2024.
From a business standpoint, the new Air Max offshoot has been a bit of a disappointment. Most Drift colorways released thus far have eventually gone on sale, likely due in part to their lofty $185 MSRP. Convincing consumers to shell out dough for an unestablished lifestyle shoe is a tall task, especially with the Air Max Plus proper being made so widely available in recent years. Even still, every shoe has its fanbase.
Official images of this latest pair showcase “Khaki” and “Dark Smoke Grey” on the outer shell, with “Light British Tan” mesh resting underneath. The tongue branding and lateral mini Swoosh come in “Hyper Crimson” for a slight workwear-minded touch, while black paint glosses over the bulk of the midsole.
