Nike’s Cut Up Version Of The Air Force 1 Low Sports “Midnight Navy”

An everlasting colorway helps usher in the experimental touches.

Nike’s Cut Up Version Of The Air Force 1 Low Sports “Midnight Navy”

Outside of possibly the Air Jordan 1, the Air Force 1 boasts the largest catalog of offshoot models in the Nike, Inc. arsenal. The Shadow, Lunar, Wild and Plt.af.orm toolings are just the ones that’ve gotten new colorways in 2024. Yet arguably the most attention-grabbing member of that group is the Air Force 1 EVO, tinkering in the margins for a radical new arrangement on the iconic lifestyle shoe.

Cut-away detailing is truly what sets the model apart from mainline pairs, with chunks taken out of the heel, quarter panel and tongue. Of course, the two headliners are the Swoosh, created with a wavy slice that reveals ballistic mesh underneath, and the midsole, poking visible Air through the rubber underfoot. The hardware changes with this shoe are arguably enough of a selling point, so Beaverton creatives have kept the palettes relatively simple. Here, a classically styled layout of “Summit White” and “Midnight Navy” gets a bit of off-white pop in the margins, painting the outsole, insole, and a draped addendum to the heel tag.

Look for the Air Force 1 Low EVO “Midnight Navy” on retail shelves and Nike.com this Holiday, expected to retail for $145. While we await concrete release info, enjoy official images included below.
