Costs Closes Out Saucony Collaboration With “Meteorite Sand”

The HK shop's galactic capsule rounds out on November 9th.

Costs Closes Out Saucony Collaboration With “Meteorite Sand”

As promised in our original coverage, COSTS and Saucony are linking back up for the second half of their Kinvara 4 collection in “Meteorite Sand.”

Once again illuminated by the “Infinite Galaxy” concept, the earthy top notes on display here perhaps better communicate that idea, capping off a rust and rose base layer with a dusty finish atop that truly calls to mind geological concepts. To bridge the gap between earthly counterparts and the “Meteorite” it evokes in its title, the Saucony Kinvara 4 holds onto the reflective, pearlescent background behind the Three Rivers logo. On that note, the shoe closes out with a variety of the details that made the first shoe such a standout; sewn patterns in the place of overlays and translucent sheer material as a base chief among them.

The COSTS x Saucony Kinvara 4 “Meteorite Sand” releases via COSTS on November 9th, the two partners hosting a “Playful Galaxy” event in celebration. With the “Interstellar Grey” remaining exclusive to that China release, we’re expecting the same treatment for this pair.
