The New Balance 475 Revival Continues With An END. Collaboration

After linking with a friendly face in Aimé Leon Dore, New Balance is reprising its 475 revival by partnering up with yet another familiar collaborator in England’s END. Clothing.

END. does a fine job of communicating its contemporary design ethos, outfitting a “Moonbeam” colorway featuring both neutral and pastel-colored suedes. Eyes are first drawn to the heel, where a navy backtab rests just above a soft pink panel. While maybe a bit of a reach, the blocking scheme utilized might evoke memories of Aimé Leon Dore’s New Balance 997s from back in 2019. Other key qualities worth noting include a navy quarter logo with reflective touches, as well as cream-colored piping along the border of the tongue.

The long-archived running shoe from 1986 hasn’t made much noise to date, with only three mainline colorways releasing on top of the aforementioned ALD collab. However, with more fresh GRs and a collaboration by Tokyo-based streetwear brand AURALEE in tow, the model might be poised for more in late 2024 into 2025.

Back to the sneaker at hand; the END. x New Balance 475 “Moonbeam” releases via draw on November 4th, 2024, retailing for $125. Tap here to get your entry in.
