This Kids Nike Air Max Plus Takes On A Galactic “Royal Pulse” Gradient

Fittingly playful tones on this kids' edition.

This Kids Nike Air Max Plus Takes On A Galactic “Royal Pulse” Gradient

The Nike Air Max Plus was a genuine cult classic well before becoming one of Beaverton’s more frequent products. Primarily focused in Australia, collectors gained an affinity for every mainline release of the Tn, an untapped market Nike has catered to heavily with dozens upon dozens of looks for the silhouette in 2024.

Now, they’re showcasing how they’re intent on widening the scope. As part of that heavy slate of new colorways, Nike has unveiled a growing cast of kids’ colorways of Sean McDowell’s model, but the design language that typically graces it remains intact. That is to say, despite the demographic shift with this “Black/Royal Pulse/University Blue” edition, a gradient remains in focus, somewhere between a nebula and cotton candy in its combination.

Look for this Nike Air Max Plus hitting shelves in late 2024/early 2025. Kids colorways of the shoe typically retail at $145, but firm pricing has yet to emerge for this pair. For the latest info, stay locked into our coverage and our Sneaker Release Dates page.
