Starcow Heads To The Desert For The Saucony ProGrid Omni 9 Armor

Starcow Heads To The Desert For The Saucony ProGrid Omni 9 Armor

Saucony is batting 1.000 with their collaborations in 2024, particularly when it comes to the ProGrid Omni 9. Following a Jae Tips Saucony “To Do List” capsule centered around the 2010-born runner, French boutique Starcow submitted another strong effort by way of an outdoors-inspired colorway in late October 2024. As promised upon that last receipt, Starcow is now circling back with another co-designed Omni 9 poised release in short order.

While the Paris boutique’s inaugural ProGrid Omni 9 delivered an outdoorsy aesthetic through color alone, their follow-up brings conditions-appropriate reinforcements into the mix. Here we have a new version of the shoe dubbed the ProGrid Omni 9 Armor, complete with Cordura fabric and model rubber overlays. The tactical tooling is met with a sandy, desert-inspired palette consisting of contemporary olive green and brown shades. Orange co-branding on the tongue and lateral heel stands as the only departure, matching an extra set of orange laces.

The Starcow x Saucony ProGrid Omni 9 Armor “Desert” releases via starcowparis.com and the Starcow Paris store on November 22nd. A global release through Saucony channels is expected later on, although no firm date has been confirmed at the time of this writing. Speaking of which, check out the AVAVAV adidas Superstar releasing November 21st.
