The Nike Dunk Low Spins A Tumbled Leather Swoosh On “Georgetown” Colors

A spin on the everlatsing collegiate theme.

The Nike Dunk Low Spins A Tumbled Leather Swoosh On “Georgetown” Colors

Even if consumers and the community at large have grown a bit worn down by the Nike Dunk Low, the collegiate “Be True To Your School” editions still maintain the highest approval rating; no doubt bolstered by their uber-coveted status during the model’s pandemic-era second wind. Reissues of those looks have come on a relatively consistent basis, but tinkered takes on the same concept also get their time in the sun on the same idea, precisely the prompt with the Dunk Low “Georgetown” at hand.

Indeed, the Hoya’s navy and grey sets the tone for this release, making some hardware tweaks from the starting gun with refreshed suede overlays instead of leather. As promised in our title, however, an injection of pure white on the Swoosh is the critical distinguisher from the OG pair, adding a bit of refined appeal with tumbled leather material in that swatch. Elsewise, this pair holds onto the same calling cards and strengths as mainline Dunks; simplified construction and daily driver appeal, simply with some just-left detailing to set these apart from the “Georgetown” looks you might already spot with regularity.

The Nike Dunk Low “Georgetown” releases in time for Spring 2025, retailing at $130 upon arrival. Check out official images included below.
