Nike Lights Up An All-Black Air Max Plus With Neon Pink

A nightlife-inspired look for the iconic model.

Nike Lights Up An All-Black Air Max Plus With Neon Pink

Are we at peak Air Max Plus saturation? The heavy, ongoing retro push for Sean McDowell’s design has certainly lined the shelves with a ton of different looks in 2024, but the 1990s standout still has the ability to deliver a knockout punch. Coming hot off the heels of a previous “Black/Pink” design, the Air Max Plus revisits that same prompt, but this time, in men’s sizing.

It’s something of a rare occurrence; though the all-black features here lean in a more masculine direction, typically this sort of pink look would be reserved for women only. Rather than the typical top-to-bottom gradient look, the ombre is cocked diagonally on this application, dawning the hot pink hue entirely at the heel. While most of the shoe is overcome by those two tones, note some sprightly accents coming in the air Bubble and underfoot, where yellow and blue coloring sneaks in. For those who favor the rosy ahde in their wardrobes, you won’t find a sleeker way to slip it into your rotation than with the pair featured here.

The Nike Air Max Plus “Black/Pink” is expected to hit Nike.com and select retailers in the coming months, likely landing in time for Spring 2025. Enjoy official images embedded below and tune in to our Sneaker Release Dates page as time draws on for further updates.
