2024 has been a great year for Kevin Durant shoe fans, with the Easy Money Sniper’s most beloved signature in the Nike KD 4 returning for the first time since its inaugural early 2010s run. Memorable colorways like the “Nerf” and “Aunt Pearl” have already come and gone, but the Beaverton brand has let one (at least) trickle over into next year. Here we have a first look at the KD 4 “Easter” retro, currently expected to play a role in Nike Basketball’s Spring 2025 selection.
If you’ve been keeping up with the KD 4 retro run thus far, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that the 2025 “Easter” colorway looks identical to the original. Leaning fully into the holiday’s motif, the shoe features soft pastel teal across the entire base. The lace strap and tongue/heel branding are made somewhat darker for contrast, while the midsole, laces, and Swoosh clean up in white.
This is one of two KD 4s expected to land in 2025 as of this writing, joined by an all-new look tributing Durant’s legendary MVP award acceptance speech.
Nike hasn’t set a solid date at the time of this writing, but the KD 4 “Easter” retro is expected to arrive during the tail-end of the Spring 2025 shopping season (probably late March). Stick with us for updates over the coming months, including official images.
