A yearly addition to the Air Max line is about par for the course, and as the yearly Air Max Day celebration comes nearer, the Air Max DN8 is clearly the focus for 2025. Though we’ve gotten a preview of a multiple looks already, official images direct from Nike are beginning to trickle in, a likely indication that the model’s earnest announcement and potential release might be coming sooner than you think.
A shot of this metallic silver look adds to a pretty simplistic suite of colorways we’ve seen so far, most if not all of the arrangements so far either executing a monochromatic or at most two-tone layout. The chief selling point for the silhouette, its back-front split of 4 dynamic chambers, naturally resulting in “8” total, continues on here. Uploading these shots to official servers is almost assuredly a prelude to a full explainer out of Beaverton, laying out the shoe’s specs and hardware aspects in similarly flashy fashion to what we saw for the Air Max Dn last year.
It also likely confirms that Grade School sizing will be available for the Air Max DN8 from day one (or at least early into its run.) Note that the model’s predecessor, the Air Max Dn, took about four months into its time on the shelves to roll out that same expanded range, with official images of kids’ pairs first surfacing in July.
Stay tuned to our coverage and our Sneaker Release Dates to be the first to know when this model will be hitting the market. In the meantime, you can get another look at what it has to offer via the official images embedded below.
