In an effort to revive Foamposite frenzy, Nike is looking to launch the iconic silhouette in a number of styles that simultaneously touch on nostalgia and introduce fresher concepts. If you’re a Foam-head, then you already know the Galaxy Foamposites are a must-cop, but this Black/Volt colorway isn’t that far behind.
Already confirmed to release in adult sizes next year, the Air Foamposite One in black and the energetic green shade is due out in full kids sizes as well. We’ve uncovered official images of the modified Little Posite One that has been re-molded to accommodate smaller feet, and as you can see it will indeed be available on the same date in Grade School/Big Kids, Pre School/Little Kids, and Toddler sizing.
Comparisons to past Foamposite releases are expected; these share a similar color profile to the ParaNorman Foamposites (without the green flame uppers) while also coming close to both the 2007 Cactus Foamposite and the 2011 House Of Hoops-exclusive Neo Lime. If you’ve never owned any of those, this 2025 release is a good start.
A firm release date has yet to be revealed, but expect the Little Posite One on the same day as its adult-sized parent model for $180/$110/$60 in respective sizing.
