Original article published January 9th, 2025: Though the 30th anniversary of the Air Max 95 and introduction of the Air Max Muse are the big headlines in the product line this year, fresh colorways for plenty of the sub-brands silos have come fast and furious in the early days of 2025. That’s especially a fitting phrase for the pair at hand, a high-alert edition of the Air Max 90 with some clear motorsport influence.

Check the insoles to catch what we’re referring to, a vintage racing logo with wide “Air Max 90” script on top. Though coming from a different corner in Beaverton, it’s not unlike a Jordan pack we saw in 2024 that sported similar aesthetics. Outside of that novel hit, the shoe is both attention-grabbing and easily digestible, fractured evenly between chili red and jet black atop an all-leather build.

This Nike Air Max 90 is expected to release for Spring 2025, racing logo and all. We’ll keep you up to date with the latest info as it trickles in. For now, enjoy official images embedded below.
