When football fans get tired of seeing you win, you know you’re doing something special (just ask Tom Brady). Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs are looking to make history by winning their third consecutive Super Bowl on February 9th; a feat no franchise has ever accomplished.

Ahead of game day, adidas has gone ahead and released a Mahomes 2 Impact FLX trainer inspired by the Super Bowl’s host city of New Orleans. The “Throw A Good Time” colorway begins with a purple elastic and suede upper, while the sole completes a Mardi Gras theme with golden specks. Patrick Mahomes logos appear on the tongue and heel, and the stripes further a NOLA feel with alligator-textured leather.
