New Balance’s “Made In” collaborations for 2025 are coming in hot and heavy. Joining notables like Joe Freshgoods’ “Aged Well” New Balance 992 and new styles by Teddy Santis are two clean pairs by Kith, both of which are expected to land Spring 2025.
Let’s start with the re-emerging fan favorite “Made In USA” New Balance 992. Kith’s first 992 collaboration since 2020 comes in soothing light blue suede, complete with grey underlays and matching blue mesh up top. Reflective treatments land on the tongue and backtab, and the laces feature white dots for added intrigue. The front portion of the midsole sees a blue cushioning element within white, while the rear favors an assortment of tan shades. Gum soles land underfoot, and Kith branding makes a small cameo around the heel.
Meanwhile, Kith’s “Made In UK” New Balance 991v2 makes use of their established “Steel Blue” colorway, which has appeared on several models including the 992, 990v3, and 990v2 in the past. The titular color mixes in with dark grey suede overlays, with Kith branding replacing the 991v2 logo in the heel window.
No firm release dates have been announced at the time of this writing, but it appears Kith is already giving early access to select customers. Know that this article as well as our Sneaker Release Dates hub will update with any and all new info as it comes in.
