The Superstar, Campus, Samba and Gazelle are just a few of those who have gotten the ADV stamp, a group now growing by one with the introduction of a skate-minded adidas Handball Spezial.
The original panels get a chunkier overhaul, with a stark redesign of the back half of the shoe also switching up the overall look. Namely, a darker counter panel picks up where the toe-guard leaves off, while a wavy eye-stay encircles the mid-heel. In another off-kilter touch, the Three Stripes intersect the laces, also sized up in the process as the shoe borrows a bit of design language from previous skate product like the adidas Aloha.
This “Wonder Mauve” colorway that kicks off the adidas Handball Spezial ST is available now in the EU, with a stateside release TBD. A $110 MSRP is expected whenever the silhouette lands in the US.
