“Arid Stone” Sets On The New Balance 2002R

A vintage edition for the Spring/Summer slate.

“Arid Stone” Sets On The New Balance 2002R

As New Balance preps the breadth of their Spring/Summer ’25 offerings, the New Balance 2002R has been a major presence. Largely sticking to the same color-blocking and composition, a fresh edition has just hit the ‘net championing “Arid Stone” tonality.

Look to our previous coverage for proof of this growing “pack,” pinning off-white shades on mesh base layer and on the midsole. On past pairs, the swatch of suede that unites the quarter panel and midsole has been primed in brighter contrast shades, but here the dark grey “Arid Stone” creates a complementary overall profile, aligning with the “Grey Day” aesthetics that the brand is only strengthening its stranglehold on.

The New Balance 2002R “Arid Stone” should be hitting shelves as a part of the Spring 2025 shopping season, retailing for $150. Check out official images below and keep an eye on our Sneaker Release Dates page for further updates.

Elsewhere on our radar for the Boston brand, the New Balance 9060 “Black Cat” recently restocked.
