Nike Air Max 95 OG “Diffused Blue” Continues To Build Anticipation

We’re just days away from the official start of the “Big Bubble” era, and it all commences with the highly anticipated drop of the Air Max 95 “Neon” release. Soon after, Nike will unleash a plethora of new colorways to justify all the resources expended to re-engineer the original Air unit for modern day use, but we’re not complaining.

Just revealed via Nike official images is this all-new White/Diffused Blue/Midnight Navy colorway that immediately has us reminiscing about the OG “Slate Blue” colorway. We’re still crossing our fingers for that ’95 edition to return (and we don’t see why Nike wouldn’t bring those back), but we suppose these are a solid alternative until that day arrives.

Adhering to a clean white primary base, Nike adds two shades of blue to achieve the signature gradient blocking. The darker Midnight Navy strip that houses the mini Swoosh is then followed by the lighter Diffused Blue before making way for white to complete the take0ver on the mesh, eyelets, and tongue. Those same two-toned blue emerges on the iconic AIRMAX logo hit on the tongue.

With all eyes on the Neon Air Max 95 this weekend, you won’t have to worry about lacking funds for these; this Air Max 95 OG isn’t set to arrive until later this Summer season, so stay tuned.
