Size? Is Bringing Back The adidas Trimm Star “VHS” For Its 25th Anniversary

Size? Is Bringing Back The adidas Trimm Star “VHS” For Its 25th Anniversary

Size? is celebrating its 25th anniversary with another collaborative “City Series” with adidas, but that’s not all our friends across the pond have cooking. The UK retailer is reprising its adidas Trimm Star “VHS” collaboration from 2018 with another two-pack, delivering weathered styles rooted in the same nostalgic design theme.

Originally introduced in 1971, the adidas Trimm Star takes after myriad terrace classics with slim sole, subtle toe overlay, and of course, Three Stripes over the quarter. TPU lace hooks come in as the sneaker’s defining quality, joined to the base by small suede loops.

The retailer-exclusive adidas Trimm Star “VHS” pack references Size?’s 2018 duo, offering up aged versions of the previously-released black suede and white leather colorways. The black colorway opts for a lighter base this time around, while the white features lighter brown gum soles. Colorful stripes ode to video cassette boxes from the 1970s, mirrored by custom insoles and lace tips.

The draw for both Size? adidas Trimm Star “VHS” colorways is open now on the size?launches app; the deadline for new entries is set for 3:00 AM EST, April 3rd. Both colorways retail for £100, which translates to about $130.
