Caroline Hu Approved: The adidas Samba Takes On “Ruffle Stripes” For Summer/Fall 2025

We talk a lot about how Wales Bonner has influenced general release adidas Sambas, but this upcoming trio has Caroline Hu’s name all over it. Borrowing a chic aesthetic reminiscent of the New York dressmaker’s collab portfolio, the Three Stripes has crafted an in-house adidas Samba “Ruffle Stripes” pack for Summer/Fall 2025.

While Caroline Hu Sambas stand out with fluffed material across pretty much the entire upper, the “Ruffle Stripes” pack offers an inverted, more subdued take on the same overarching aesthetic. White silk stripes featuring ruffled edges appear on both sides, while the rest of the upper is cut from standard leather. Feminine pink and blue colorways are on tap, as is a black style that borders the Samba’s most ubiquitous makeup. All three colorways feature classy gold branding, white leather on the tongue and backtab, and semi-translucent white gum soles.

The adidas Samba “Ruffle Pack” is due out Summer/Fall 2025 in women’s sizing, retailing for $120 a pop. Enjoy official images below and visit our Sneaker Release Dates page to preview other upcoming adidas.
