The Nike Air Max Sunder Leans Into Y2K With “Metallic Silver”

Following original colorways and a collab of the year contender by Kids Of Immigrants in 2024, the Nike Air Max Sunder is continuing its run with new styles for Summer 2025.

Embracing its turn-of-the-century origin, this latest pair lends a retro-futuristic feel with a “Metallic Silver” mudguard. The midsole, TPR pods, and nylon upper clean up in white, while the outsole and lining add contrast in black. Think of these as a runner-up to last year’s “Black/Metallic Gold” Air Max Sunder; the color blocking is largely the same.

The Air Max Sunder “Metallic Silver/White/Black” doesn’t have a release date yet, but we’ll update this article as soon as pairs become available. Expect extended women’s sizes and an MSRP of $180.
