The Air Jordan 1 Low EasyOn Does A “Shattered Backboard” Impression

As the first retro release of one of the best non-OG Air Jordan 1s ever, the upcoming “Shattered Backboard” Jordan 1 is a pair many have circled as a must-cop. If you require a bit of assistance when lacing up, Jordan Brand’s got you covered there too; the adaptable Air Jordan 1 Low EasyOn is taking on a “Shattered Backboard” colorway of its own.

The color blocking does a solid impression of the iconic 2015 high-top, but if we’re getting nit-picky, the Swoosh should be black and the outsole should be orange. If this is your introduction to the Jordan 1 Low EasyOn, know that the sneaker comes with velcro lacing and a heel zipper for accessibility. This “Shattered Backboard” colorway continues a run of styles motivated by big AJ1 releases, following a black and red pair tied to the Jordan 1 High ’85 “Bred” from February (returning later this year, by the way).

The Jordan 1 Low EasyOn “Shattered Backboard” should release soon in men’s sizes via nike.com, retailing for $130. Scroll through the official image gallery below and visit our Jordan Release Dates page for more. The proper Jordan 1 “Shattered Backboard” retro is slated to release July 12th, 2025.
