The undisputed champion of New Balance colors is ready for a full month of dedicated releases centered around Grey. The brand just unleashed a teaser revealing the entire Grey Days line-up, and while a full breakdown of the releases is coming soon, let’s take a look at what’s coming down the pipeline throughout the month of May.
“Grey Day” dates back to 2018 when New Balance first launched this marketing holiday with the relaunch of the New Balance 574 and the return of the epic 990 series. Originally set for March 15th, that observed day has since migrated to later in the year as the Boston-based brand has its sights set on a month-long journey of full-fledged slanted-N goodness.
Already confirmed to drop is the New Balance 1300JP on May 29th, the cult-classic hit that appears once every five years. Joining the fray is the trendy New Balance 1906 Loafer, the recently launched New Balance 2010, and a few other recognizable mainstays such as the New Balance 1000, New Balance 9060, and the T500.
The largest crop of releases goes down on May 1st, with several mainstay styles under “The Grey Shop” umbrella. A series of specific release dates follow throughout the month, concluding in the highly limited 1300JP.
