The Beloved “Black Cat” Theme Invades The Nike Air Force 1 Low

Black Nike Air Force 1s have never looked so dangerous. Taking a page from the Air Jordan playbook, Nike is giving Bruce Kilgore’s street staple a “Black Cat” makeover for Summer/Fall 2025.

While not an official “Black Cat” sneaker, a full suede upper gives these a likeminded edge. A fuzzy tongue, double-stacked Swoosh, and thin laces come in as other notable qualities, but otherwise, the design essentially speaks for itself.

Ever since news regarding the “Black Cat” Jordan 3 retro broke in 2024, we’ve been unpacking new “Black Cat” footwear on a fairly regular basis. Most have come from the Jumpman, naturally, including stealthy takes on the Jordan 4 RM, Spiz’ike Low, and most recently the Jordan Flight Court. On Nike’s end, we previously saw the theme loom over the Air Max 1.

This all comes ahead of one of 2025’s most significant Jordan retro releases; the Air Jordan 4 “Black Cat” dropping November 28th. The sneaker’s 2020 retro was the catalyst for the “Black Cat” hype we see today, no doubt informing a good deal of Jordan/Nike’s strategy over the past few seasons.

The Nike Air Force 1 “Black Cat” doesn’t have a firm release date, but we’ll update this article as soon as pairs become available. Budget for a $125 price tag if you’re moved to cop.
