The New Balance 1000 “Bāṅdhnū” Releases May 23rd Exclusively Through atmos

Three months after leaking online, the New Balance 1000 “Bāṅdhnū” finally has a release date. A supplement to this year’s New Balance “Grey Days” lineup, the design stems from the Hindi dyeing technique used to create the pattern associated with bandanas. The sneaker releases exclusively through atmos on May 23rd, with the raffle set to open May 17th.

Consistent with our initial coverage, the sneaker features a black, grey, and white paisley pattern over the tongue and underlays. Premium black nubuck comprises the following layer, matched by black New Balance logos featuring white borders on both sides. As an extra cherry on top, atmos is also randomly giving away a limited number of bandanas with select purchases.

Again, the New Balance 1000 “Bāṅdhnū” releases May 23rd exclusively through atmos (raffle opening 5/17). The sneaker retails for ¥26,400, which translates to about $180 USD. See official images below and visit our Sneaker Release Dates page to browse other upcoming New Balance.

To that end, check out the KITH New Balance 2010 dropping May 16th.
