Given that long-standing tradition, it wasn’t entirely shocking that as Jordan Brand celebrates 40 years in business, they’d triple down on that concept, queuing up the Jordan 11 “Grand Finale,” and Jordan 11 “Rare Air to accompany the Jordan 11 “Gamma Blue” as the “grand prize.” What we couldn’t have anticipated is doubling down once again — new reports suggest an entirely different trio of limited colorways is also coming for Q4: the Jordan 11 “Canvas,” “Canyon Purple,” and “Sport Royal.”
Much as it strains credulity that not only would a seeming three-pack of Air Jordan 11s ever hit the market, but they’d remain shrouded until nearly halfway through the year, reliable sources have indeed confirmed this news. As with many leaks of this kind, essentially only the color codes are set in stone at this juncture: the three shoes will deliver palettes of “Canvas/Metallic Silver/Summit White/Football Blue,” “Canyon Purple/Off Noir/Violet Dust/Medium Soft Pink,” and “Sail/Sport Royal.”
Given how the model’s most lasting looks rely on simplistic combinations (think “Bred,” “Concord,” or “Columbia”), the former two are particular eye-catching, seemingly delivering dense multicolor editions. While we can’t take anything outside of base product info without a grain of salt, also note that SneakerMarket.ro hints at a limited run for these three shoes compared to the “Gamma Blue,” possibly an indication of a pack release or uniting theme between them. @mrunloved1s also demarcates a “twist on how [the shoes are] releasing.”
