Sneaker News Born out of an Instagram moodboard that displayed the chicness of vintage American with a girl-next-door-taste, Emily Oberg’s Sporty & Rich has championed that vision with her ongoing partnership with adidas Originals. Taking classic silhouettes and adding just the right touch, S&R has proven once again that less can more.
Switching decades, the womenswear brand now focuses on the Adizero running family, itself climbing to be a mainstay in the Originals catalog thanks to the likes of Bad Bunny, Pharrell, and more. For this upcoming Summer ’25 drop, Oberg looks to the Adios silhouette, validating the model with two sport-focused colorways of silver/green and silver/navy with porous mesh overlays.
As all Sporty & Rich x adidas Originals collabs go, the branding is minimal as the logo appears just on the tongue and on the insoles. At quick glance, most won’t even be able to differentiate these from an in-line model.
Nevertheless, their latest collab is set to drop on May 30th, 2025; both colorways are expected to launch at adidas retailers for $150 apiece.
