Updated June 5th, 2025: Better Gift Shop has announced a release date of June 13th for their Nike Air Max DN8 collaboration. The sneaker retails for $200 and will be available in-store and online exclusively through bettergiftshop.com on that date. In a collision of firsts, Avi Gold’s Toronto boutique Better Gift Shop has unveiled a collaboration with Nike on the Air Max DN8. Not only is this Better’s inaugural project with the Swoosh; it also marks the first Air Max DN8 collaboration following the model’s Spring 2025 debut.

Pictured here on an installation inspired by the store’s facade, the sneaker stands out with hidden, reflective lines over a grey backdrop. Flowing with the motion of the silhouette, reflective treatments can be found within the upper’s sharp cutouts as well as on the outer synthetic layer. The eyelets, Swoosh logos, and eight Dynamic Air chambers come in blue, as does a Better Gift Shop logo over the tongue.

No release information for the Better Gift Shop x Air Max DN8 has been announced yet, nor have official images surfaced. We’ll circle back with another design and storytelling breakdown once we hear more.

Looking a bit further ahead on our Sneaker Release Dates calendar, a Palace Air Max DN8 is reportedly in the works for Holiday 2025.
