Andrew Rizzo The nearby arrival of summer means it’s prime season for New Balance’s stable of mesh lifestyle shoes. For our purposes, that includes fresh New Balance 9060s that lend seasonal appeal through playful color combos. Two multicolor looks are en route, one in pink and another in green as seen here.
Green suede overlays are complemented by yellow accents on the tongue/heel, reminding us of the Athletics, Packers, and other sports teams with that color combo. Moving in an entirely different direction, the base is cut from light baby blue mesh. As a counterbalance to that color, a darker blue shade appears on the lining, heel counter, and New Balance logos. The ABZORB midsole strikes as fairly standard, save for visible light blue accents on the lateral side.
As with every New Balance 9060, these run in unisex sizing and command a $150 shelf price. Expect pairs to start trickling out to retailers shortly.
