The New Balance 9060 Pulls Out A Rich “Linen”

Can new propositions like the New Balance 2000 or New Balance 2010 reach the same level of ubiquity as the New Balance 9060? Even if those two models have attracted a ton of attention in their pre-release stages, it’ll still be a tough task to rise to the level of the lifestyle icon, especially when it’s still building on its sturdy legacy.

Speaking of sturdy, the latest look for the silhouette begins with overtones of reliability, building out a “Linen” mesh/suede foundation with adjacent off-white tonality in the jagged midsole molding below. Managing to infuse some vibrant character yet still hold onto that refined atmosphere, pops of “Burgundy” appear with the sway bar at the heel, the outlining surrounding the “N” branding on the lateral side, and down the shoe’s tongue. It may not be the most eye-catching, but it’s another juncture where sensible colorways and the eccentric hardware of the New Balance 9060 make for a perfect addition to the rotation.

The New Balance 9060 “Linen” has already started circulating via retail channels, but we’re still awaiting New Balance launch details. Generally, be ready for this pair to hit official channels as a part of the Fall 2025 slate, retailing for $150 once it does.
