Sneaker News Updated July 1st, 2025: Official images of the Air Jordan 1 TD “Shattered Backboard” have surfaced. Both are expected to launch on July 12th.
Ahead of the actual Air Jordan 1 “Shattered Backboard” release on August 13th, Jordan Brand is leaving no stone unturned by ensuring every iteration of the ’85 model gets the same orange-toed treatment.
Joining the lesser-esteemed Air Jordan 1 Low/Mid and the lace-less EasyOn version is one made specifically for American footballers; while the uppers appear identical to the side-line version, the cleated AJ1s feature a denser leather made to withstand athletic movements. Unfortunately, these don’t carry the same shattered glass graphic on the interiors, but obvious adjustments aside, these stay loyal to the source colorway.
Lace these up for kick-off this Fall 2025 season for $145 directly from Nike.com and select retailers. Although not yet revealed, it’s probable that an Air Jordan 1 Mid will also arrive later this season for $155.
