The New Balance 992 Continues To Impress In “Dark Camo”

With New Balance’s Made In USA SS25 lineup set to conclude in July, it’s only a matter of time before the Boston brand announces its next seasonal slate. If this New Balance 992 is any indication, the next few months are already looking strong.

Gracing our newswire after randomly dropping through Extra Butter, the 992 is here presented almost entirely in “Dark Camo” for a compelling contemporary feel. It’s got a bit of a JJJJound vibe to it, although you could supposedly say the same thing about any number of New Balance GRs (no shade, just facts). Premium suede overlays are paired with leather underlays and a mesh base, all of which take on the titular “Dark Camo” hue. The laces and interior lining break things up in grey, as do grey New Balance logos featuring white borders. Underfoot, a white, grey, and “Dark Camo” midsole rounds out the delivery. Whether you’re copping to wear now or stashing for the autumn months, there’s lots to appreciate here.

As mentioned, the New Balance 992 “Dark Camo” is available now through Extra Butter. A larger release through additional retailers will likely occur in the near future. See our Where To Buy section below for purchase links if these are a must.

Sticking with the model at hand, check out the Action Bronson 992 dropping later this year.
