First Look At The Air Jordan 1 “Baroque Brown”

A quick and easy earthy pair.

First Look At The Air Jordan 1 “Baroque Brown”

While we continue to revisit Nike, Inc.’s promise that they’d curtail the massive quantities of their staple shoes with mixed reactions, where we can plainly see that paying off is with Jordan Brand. After the Air Jordan 1 passed a point of market saturation, they’ve slowed the number of colorways we’ve seen in 2025. Dropping off about one version of the retro High OG per month, a “Baroque Brown” Air Jordan 1 is the next to enter the fray, looming for a September release.

Surfacing through campaign images of seemingly unassociated Jordan apparel, IRL looks at the shoe do line up with what we expected from mock-up images. In similar fashion to the “Latte” from 2024, this pair appears as a run-off of the now-iconic “Mocha” lineage, an application of its earthy hallmarks in the traditional “Chicago” blocking scheme. Underneath the rich leather overlays, off-white and cream shades overtake the base layers in the upper and the entirety of the midsole, leaning into the faux-aged punch that the brand copiously continues to explore.

The Air Jordan 1 “Baroque Brown” is expected to release on September 9th in women’s sizing, retailing for $180. PS and TD sizes will also drop alongside. We’ll keep this article and our 2025 Jordan Releases page updated with direct links as the launch gets closer.
