Andrew Rizzo The retro wing of Nike’s most recent SNKRS Showcase had lots to offer, namely an emphasis on Foamposite footwear for Fall 2025 and beyond. On top of official looks at the “Cough Drop” Foamposite One and “Pearl” Foamposite Pro, Nike also unveiled a “Midnight Navy” Flightposite releasing this holiday season.
This is an all-new release, but sneakerheads with keen eyes might point out its resemblance to Jason Kidd’s PE from the 2000 All-Star Game. It’s got a similar sort of “Eggplant” finish, complemented by “Midnight Navy” on the outsole, midfoot plate, and shrouded upper portion. This is one of two Flightposite colorways currently expected to land Holiday 2025, joined by a “Baroque Brown” colorway that hit the ‘net back in March (and was also part of Nike’s recent product preview).
