Andrew Rizzo After making a splash at Paris Fashion Week through an upcoming Comme des Garçons collab, the New Balance 2010 is ready to cement its role as an inline fixture. The 99X-inspired model has several GR colorways set to land during the Fall 2025 window, including this compelling “Linen” option landing July 23rd.
Much like the “Grey Days” New Balance 2010 from May, eyes are first drawn to a butter yellow midsole. White “Linen” suede overlays wrap the upper, followed by “Desert Clay” underlays and breathable open mesh at the sneaker’s core. The New Balance logos work in pops of black, yellow, “Desert Clay,” and reflective silver material, while a black outsole rounds out the delivery underfoot. This is one of several 2010 colorways due out in the near future, joined by a “Triple Black” option and handful of other grey-forward looks.
The New Balance 2010 has huge potential, particularly among fans of the brand’s “Made In USA/UK” lines, but might be overshadowed by other, more “fresh” silos like the New Balance 2000 and New Balance 204L. With that being said; that’s a sort of good problem only thriving sneaker brands face.
