Bad Bunny fans worldwide will be convening in the island of Puerto Rico all summer thanks to Benito’s first ever residency in his home turf. No Me Quiero Ir de Aquí spans three months, kicking off today and closing out in mid-September at the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum in support of his sixth studio album Debí Tirar Más Fotos. To mark the beginning of this must-see event, Bad Bunny and adidas Originals are launching a Gazelle City Series of footwear, with each unique colorway tied to meaningful locations.
Leveraging the immensely popular Gazelle Indoor remix that launched in 2024, Bad Bunny and adidas Originals present a love letter to Puerto Rico with three city-themed iterations. You might’ve already seen the Cabo Rojo in Wonder Clay/Wonder Quartz/Ash Pink , but there’s also an El Yunque in Amazon Green/Halo Green/Dust Green and a Santurce in Unity Orange/Orange Tint/Spice Orange.
The green El Yunque honors the lush biodiversity and cultural heritage of the only tropical rainforest in the U.S. National Forest System. Santurce reflects the epicenter of Puerto Rican music, dance, and contemporary artistic energy. Cabo Rojo ias inspired by its famous pink salt flats and the rare natural phenomenon of pink waters caused by salt-loving microorganisms. Each distinct style boasts a rich two-toned colorways on the suede upper, with matching translucent gum bottom soles. City names are debossed in gold beneath the rectangular text box on the upper. The size tag on the exterior, exposed stitching on the tongue, and roped laces carry over from the Bad Bunny’s first Gazelle Indoor drop.
The El Yunque (green) and Santurce (orange) colorways will available exclusively in Puerto Rico today, whereas the Cabo Rojo (pink) will drop at a later date (July 26th) for $140.
