Nigel Sylvester x Bike Air Jordan 4 “Sail/Cinnabar” Releasing Summer 2026

Nigel Sylvester x Bike Air Jordan 4 “Sail/Cinnabar” Releasing Summer 2026

Crossing the halfway point of the year means that the sneaker universe was treated to plenty of “best sneakers of 2025 so far” round-ups (yes, including ours). While there were plenty of usual suspects that made repeat appearances across the landscape, one shoe in particular would’ve been criminal to omit: Nigel Sylvester’s Air Jordan 4 “Brick By Brick.” Could the BMX superstar already be a shoe-in for the same conversations next year? Reports have now surfaced that the “Bike Air” story will continue in 2026 via the Nigel Sylvester x Air Jordan 4 “Sail/Cinnabar.”

Crucially, while firmer details regarding this collaboration are novel, the public has known about a second AJ4 in the BMXer’s catalog since the “Brick By Brick” media event / fashion show. Amid plenty of styled looks showcasing the now coveted 2025 pair, attendees were treated to a sneak peek at a flip of the vaunted “Fire Red.”

If these information, coming by way of leaker duo Sneaker Files and @zsneakerheadz, holds true, the Nigel Sylvester x Bike Air Jordan 4 “Sail/Cinnabar” in question supersedes this early version. In broad strokes, a similar concept remains in place, spinning off the 1989 OG via clay coating atop a white leather base. A fan favorite touch, the Bike Air branding is expected to remain on the heel, while Sylvester-specific stylings like his “Go” imprint and “Jordan Biking Co. 2017” sub-brand are represented in the margins.

Finally, the release window is worth mentioning, as initial reports stemming from the aforementioned fashion show hinted towards a Holiday 2025 launch. Instead, it appears that the Queens native will primarily focus on the Nigel Sylvester Jordan 1 Low as the year plays out, leaving this edition sometime in the span from April 2026 to June 2026. Keep an eye on our coverage at large and our Jordan Release Dates landing page for further updates on this pair as that window nears closer. Catch speculative mock-up renderings included below.
