Perforated leather makes up the quarter.

Stitched Swoosh Borders Appear On This Upcoming Nike Air Force 1 Low

The Air Force 1 might get its fair share of flack due to oversaturation, but it’s still a top mover and key part of Nike’s lifestyle catalog. Hitting pause on seasonal styles like the “Autumn Leaves” AF1 for a moment, the Beaverton street staple is returning to its roots with a sporty “Obsidian” colorway featuring some subtle yet notable details.

Eyes are first drawn to the quarter, where an “Obsidian” Swoosh featuring a stitched white border looms over perforated leather. The titular hue then returns on the outsole and lining, the latter of which is comprised of a non-traditional mesh material reminiscent of gym shorts. Multi-color white, “Obsidian,” and “Team Red” tongue tags keep the sporty vibes going, and the oval-shaped AF1 lace dubrae from ’82 makes an always-welcome cameo. Otherwise, “Pure Platinum” suede overlays and a white midsole/toe box round out the delivery.

The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Obsidian” doesn’t have a firm release date, but we’ll post from the @sneakernews X account once pairs become available. For now, enjoy official images below.
