Matt Varga As one of the biggest stars in the UK rap scene, Skepta never stays out of the headlines for too long, but even for his standards he’s making more news than usual. Sparring with US rival Joyner Lucas will do that, eventually dovetailing into a Drake inclusion with the Toronto MC claiming London rapper’s pens rise above anyone else’s. While that back-and-forth may have brought him back into the public consciousness, he’s remained on our radar for his work with the Big Cat, continuing a hot streak for the PUMA Skope in all black leather.
After chalking off the hiking-inspired Skope Mid in several colorways through Winter 2024/25, Big Smoke stamped his silhouette for summer with a “White Pack” in the middle of July. Continuing the run of the initial mid cut, the script is obviously flipped here, fully nocturnal aesthetically. Additionally, the German designers swap the silhouette into full leather, eschewing the mesh panelling that extends from the collar in most mainline looks to date.
