Andrew Rizzo The “Wales Bonner adidas at home” sort of general release strategy has been extremely kind to the Three Stripes. Look no further than the “Cheetah” Sambas; a pack that was so well received that adidas simply had to move forward with a restock. With that in the rear-view mirror (for now), adidas is pressing forth with another Samba duo centered around an aesthetic the British menswear designer previously tooled with.
Here we have an adidas Samba “Snakeskin Pack” poised to hit shelves in the near future. Bonner has dropped only one snakeskin-esque sneaker as of this writing; an adidas Karintha featuring sequins made to look like scales. Snakeskin Wales Bonner Gazelles and soccer cleats appear to be en route for Spring/Summer 2026, but the real tie-in is with an unreleased Wales Bonner Samba sample that made rounds online in early 2024. While that sneaker never ended up coming to fruition, fans can compensate with one (or both) of these two “Snakeskin Pack” GRs.
Her we have brown and green snakeskin Sambas, the latter of which differs with white hits on the stripes, backtab, tongue, and inner lining. The former is more monochrome by comparison, closely bordering the look of Bonner’s unreleased sample. Gold “Samba” text runs along the stripes, while light brown gum soles polish off each look underfoot.
The adidas Samba “Snakeskin Pack” is expected to release in Europe before arriving in the US at a later date. We’ll update this article and post from the @sneakernews X account once there’s more info to share.
