Official Images Of The Limosine Skateboards x Nike SB Dunk Low

During the model’s secondary market prime, it was often the most unexpected collaborations that brought the Nike SB Dunk Low to its greatest heights. However much coveted link-ups with Ben & Jerry’s and shoes of its ilk may be, the animated force behind Nike SB will and always will be their work with skate brand, offering true enthusiasts the chance to take over one of the hobby’s most iconic silhouettes.

For their part, Limosine Skateboards doesn’t turn down the opportunity to usher in a genuine make-over. Already known to us since our first look was the football leather overhaul, gracing the upper of the sneaker with pebbled brown leather for a true-to-sport ode to the gridiron, continued with a crossed lace arrangement imprinted onto the tongue. A graphic Swoosh and Limosine Skateboards logo hit on the back of this SB Dunk Low round things out aesthetically, with 3M trim adding a glow-in-the-dark aspect to this collab.

On a more strategic level, we’re unsure what led to the heavy delays associated with this pair, originally due out via skate shops and SNKRS this June before those dates passed by without much of an update. Regardless, the avant garde design should allow these to command the same attention even a full season later.

The Limosine Skateboards x Nike SB Dunk Low is still due out in two waves, with a SNKRS drop on September 6th and skate shop distribution preceding it on September 4th. Whichever channel you pursue these through, be ready for a $135 MSRP.
