adidas Dame X “Electric Pink” Launches On September 1st

Lillard's latest continues to impress.

adidas Dame X “Electric Pink” Launches On September 1st

As signage at adidas HQ in Oregon proudly proclaim, Damian Lillard’s return to Portland may not be so much of a return for the Three Stripes, instead proclaiming that the Pacific Northwest was “always home.” Regardless of the sentimental line from the German giant, things weren’t always guaranteed to lead back to Rose City, but the Hall of Famer and arguable greatest Trailblazer of all time touching back down has meant a ton of energy poured back into the city that raised him.

None are more visible on our front than passing looks for the adidas Dame X, somewhat of a bittersweet installment in that #0 won’t be around to sport it on-court for its first year in the mix. Perhaps fittingly to that descriptor, Lillard’s tenth now capitalizes on a sugary “Electric Pink,” working through adjacent shades of rose through its mesh foundation, the synthetic curvilinear stripes above it, and the Lightstrike sole unit below. To ensure some grounded aspects, jet black takes over much of the top of this design, painting the tongue, collar, and laces for a bit of menace within these candy-coated bounds.

As mentioned in our title, the adidas Dame X “Electric Pink” is due out on September 1st, still commanding the ultra-accessible $95 MSRP we’ve seen to date. Catch official images below and keep an eye on our Sneaker Release Dates page for direct pick-up links upon arrival.
