SIGN-UPS OPEN: Patta x Nike Air Max DN8 In Royal Blue

Updated September 19th, 2025: Sign-ups for the Patta Air Max DN8 in Royal Blue leather are open NOW (see linked text). This is the second of four colorways expected to release in 2025, following the black pair that dropped earlier this month.

Original article published September 12th, 2025:

After its debut on Air Max Day 2025, the eight-chambered Nike Air Max DN8 is shifting into collab mode as several partnering drops have hit stores throughout the summer and fall season.

With Toronto’s Better Gift Shop and Japan’s Cav Empt already pushing forward with their pairs and Steven Victor next in line, the Air Max DN8’s biggest project yet is with Amsterdam’s Patta, the streetwear label that has captured street cred across the globe. We’re informed that four different colorways of this collaboration are said to be in the works, and thus far only one has surfaced–until now.

Awake NY founder Angelo Baque recently unveiled another colorway of the Patta x Air Max DN8, revealing a full blast of patent leather royal blue matched with streaks of black and silver. Looped into the lacing is a Swoosh-branded carabiner, while Patta’s script logo appears at the tongue and on one of the rear heel Air chambers. Again, four colorways are to be expected, and this is just the second known version.

As of the publishing of this article, a release date for the Patta Air Max DN8 collaboration has not yet been revealed, although an official announcement from Patta and Nike is expected soon.
