Updated September 26th, 2025: Jae Tips has announced two pop-ups for the “Flowers Grow Uptown” collection, first in London on September 26th and then in New York City on September 27th. Of the NY location, Tips’ team shared the following:
The pop up will feature a free photo booth printing baseball-card style portraits, and florist Rae of Florals (@raeofflorals) will be on site where she will turn the space into a living greenhouse with community plant donations. All plants will be donated to Bronx schools and community gardens, including MS224.
Attendees will be able to trade a “plant of any size” for a chance to purchase the “Perilla,” “Sugar Maple,” or “Virginia Creeper” colorways, each retailing for $180. A wider launch of the Jae Tips x Saucony Progrid Triumph 4 collection is expected to follow shortly afterwards. Official images have also been updated.

Jae Tips’ sixth collection with Saucony is his largest to date (and dare we say… his best?). The Bronx-born rapper, hat maker, and footwear designer is taking his talents to the ProGrid Triumph 4 for his next project with the New England brand, debuting a “Flowers Grow Uptown” pack consisting of four styles inspired by his hometown flora.
This isn’t our first look at the Jae Tips ProGrid Triumph 4 collection, but rather our first dive into the inspiration behind it. A new IG post by the man himself shows four colorways, each named after common New York City plants. Leading the charge is a red colorway dubbed “Poison Ivy,” a design more reminiscent of the rash the plant causes than its actual appearance. Then comes a light pink and yellow colorway called “Virginia Creeper,” followed by a light and dark purple look called “Perilla.” Closing out the quartet is a bright green “Sugar Maple” colorway, with that plant’s leaf bearing a strong resemblance to the NYC Department of Parks & Recreation logo.
As far as co-branding goes, all four sneakers are as embellished as we’ve come to expect from Jae Tips’ Sauconys. The artist’s signature sunflower motif appears in black on the lateral side of each shoe, complemented by multicolor flower tongue tags, “Made By Jae Tips” stitching on the lining, and “Uptown” on the heel counter. The ProGrid Triumph 4 is one of Saucony’s most popular tech runners alongside the ProGrid Omni 9, a model Jae touched up through his “To Do List” pack last year. Subjectively speaking, it’s one of the most comfortable sneakers on the market today.
The Jae Tips x Saucony ProGrid Triumph 4 “Flowers Grow Uptown” collection releases Fall/Winter 2025, but no firm date has been announced as of this writing. See all four colorways below and stay tuned for further updates.
