Another Paris Fashion Week is upon us, and with the blurring lines between sportswear and luxury, that means an uptick in high-profile sneaker news for the coming week and change. Wasting no time in getting in on the action, New York’s rising womenswear label Vaquera now appears tabbed to work on the Nike Air Max Dn8.
Our dedicated readers will readily recognize that the eight-chambered silhouette is currently in blitz mode when it comes to collaborative efforts. Tracing back to the start of summer, Better Gift Shop, Paris-Saint Germain, Patta, Cav Empt, and Victor Victor have brought their touch to the latest innovation in Air Max. Of course, reaching into high fashion no doubt brings a different dimension than those aforementioned labels.
The actual shoe itself is rather easy to dissect, carrying glossy white leather throughout the upper and grey-tinted Air chambers underfoot. Atop that base, realistic lipstick prints dot around the profile, upheld by a fire-red Swoosh just underneath the collar. As most collabs of this nature do, co-branding hits round out this shoe, with an oval Vaquera badge at the tongue.
Though previewed within a S/S ’26 showcase, the Vacquera x Nike Air Max DN8 doesn’t have a concrete date. While we await those details, catch multiple angles of this worlds collide collab via the shots included below.
