The New Balance 1906R Dreams Up “Silver/Blue”

Another solid exclusive.

The New Balance 1906R Dreams Up “Silver/Blue”

The interplay between JD Sports and New Balance has become an earnestly solid partnership in the past year and change. The “Only At” tag is now a frequent sight when browsing on either their parent sites or associated Finish Line channels, now gaining another entrant as the New Balance 1906R “Silver/Blue” looms for an exclusive drop.

While the New Balance 1906R has spread into more vibrant fare in recent editions, carrying some real resemblance to the original “Black/Gold,” , the shoe at hand clocks in closer to its early retro layouts (already back in the news via an atmos exclusive). A base of off-white mesh and soles gives way to chrome overlays and rear cages. Both those eye-catching and grounded flanks each get additional bolstering in the finish touches, with a swatch of beige closing at the rear and a bit of baby blue outlining the “N” branding on the sidewalls.

Look for the New Balance 1906R hitting JD Sports and Finish Line channels on October 27th, clocking in at $155.
