Pharrell And Louis Vuitton Made Timberland Boots That Cost $85,000

Blue collar boys, look away. Louis Vuitton creative head Pharrell has cooked up a pair of Timberland boots that couldn’t be further removed from the worksite, built with premium materials and carrying a staggering price tag of £65,000 (about $85,000 USD).

Seen here in images posted by @t.mcfly, the boot features Louis Vuitton’s hallmark monogram pattern over rich brown Italian leather. The real driver behind the sky high price is the hardware. The eyelets and made from 18k gold, as are “LV” logos on the outer and inner tongue. The Timberland logo appears in gold on the lateral side of the heel, while rope laces pair and a standard gum sole unit add a touch of familiarity.

Only 50 pairs of the Pharrell x Timberland boots were made, each delivered in a special LV trunk. The release was part of a broader Louis Vuitton x Timberland collection last year celebrating the model’s 50th anniversary. Pharrell has collaborated with Timberland through several avenues in the past, including via Billionaire Boys Club and on solo projects without an additional brand name attached.

If you’re a collector with deep pockets, your best bet for securing the 18k gold Pharrell Timbs is the aftermarket, likely through a personal seller with white glove service. See detailed images below.
