2025 only reinforced Kith’s status as one of the sneaker world’s premier collaborators. Ronnie Fieg’s imprint delivered standout projects across multiple brands, including adidas, Nike, and perhaps most notably New Balance. Kith played a key role in the rollout of two new New Balance models, the 2010 and 204L, and arguably saved its best for last with a Knicks-inspired New Balance 993 tied to Madison Square Garden. Now Ronnie’s keeping his foot on the gas, teasing a fresh New Balance 990v4 style expected to land Spring/Summer 2026.
The sneaker leans into a minimalist aesthetic reminiscent of JJJJound, utilizing the 990v4’s familiar mesh, leather, and suede construction with straightforward color blocking. The upper arrives in a striking yet wearable rosy pink, offset by reflective silver “N” logos and cream-colored laces.
The New Balance 990v4 is a Made in USA staple known for its premium materials and all-day comfort. Kith has released a handful of 990v4 collabs in the past, including a monochrome “Moonrock” pair in 2024 and a purple-and-pink-accented project with United Arrows & Sons years earlier. This latest version doesn’t reinvent the wheel, but history suggests that anything with the Kith name attached will move quickly regardless.
No official release details have been announced yet, but all signs point to a Spring/Summer 2026 drop. We’ll update with more information as it becomes available.
