Andrew Rizzo Following months of teasers, the first-ever collaboration between adidas and Young Thug’s streetwear brand Sp5der has officially arrived. The raffle for the Sp5der x adidas Superstar is now open HERE. The deadline for submissions is 2:00 ET on January 2nd, 2026.
This debut sneaker collaboration marks a major milestone for both sides. Sp5der has experienced a meteoric rise over the past few years, and this project places it in a new tier of streetwear labels with bona fide footwear partnerships. For adidas, the link-up injects a dose of youthful, culture-forward energy into the Superstar franchise by aligning with a brand embraced by everyone from NBA players to hype-driven high schoolers.
As detailed in our previous coverage, the shoe features a marbled, almost fossil-like Olive patent leather upper, complete with web motifs and distressed detailing throughout. A puffy tongue adds a subtle skate-inspired edge, while black stripes sit lower along the side panels than usual. Sp5der branding appears beneath semi-translucent outsoles, while metallic silver Sp5der hangtags round out the presentation. Soccer phenom Lamine Yamal was spotted wearing an alternate red colorway, though no release information for that pair has been announced.
