The recent retro run of the Nike KD 4 brought perhaps the most iconic “Texas” colorway back to shelves, while his current signature issued a more tacit embrace via an “Away” style formulation that wore a skull motif to gesture at the Longhorns.
The league MVP is no longer playing it coy, however, as the latest Nike KD 18 “Texas” to hit the ‘wire is a player exclusive handed to the actual team’s athletes. Texas Men’s Basketball took to their social channels to flex a pair in patented orange and white, sporting a pronounced Longhorn logo on the heel. For some extra pop, the overlays take on a reflective shine to truly shine in those Kodak moments.
